Special Services - Rates
Labor Rates
Special Services provides competitively priced on-demand labor for the campus and School of Medicine departments at the UCD Medical Center. To minimize cost, recharges are assessed in 15 minute increments per number of staff assigned to the job, and cover the costs of labor, vehicles and material handling equipment needed to complete the assignment.
- $8.36 per 15-minute interval, per person
Upon request, Special Services will provide an onsite estimate prior to scheduling the job.

Banquet Table and Chair Rates:
These rates do not include delivery, setup or take down. Delivery, setup and take down are available at the labor rate stated above.
- Table: $1.50/day or $33.68/month
- Chair: $0.75/day or $16.58/month
Tent and Canopy Rates:
Delivery, setup and takedown are included in tent and canopy rentals.
